Trve Kvlt & Liebestrasse Signing

Scott Bryan Wilson is a Bloomfield resident and astounding comic writer with a super diverse portfolio including writing credits on Pennyworth and various other DC Comics stories as well as stories in Star Trek, Elvira, Valiant’s Divinity III and Altered Carbon from Dynamite! He also wrote a phenomenal kids graphic novel called Nancy Drew & The Hardy Boys: The Case of the Missing Adults. But now Scott takes us to a VERY different place with Trve Kvlt featuring art from our long-time friend Liana Kangas!

About Trve Kvlt: Marty Tarantella has been flipping burgers for 15 years. He has no kids, no hobbies, no love interests, and, essentially, no life. But what he does have is a plan to change everything. Years of watching the daily rhythms of the neighboring stores has given Marty the idea for a perfect heist, but when he accidentally steals a supernatural weapon from a cult full of violent lunatics, the resulting Satanic panic will be way above his minimum-wage pay grade. Nothing can prepare you for the coming of Trve Kvlt, a deliciously horrifying and hilarious new series!

Joining Scott is good-friend and fellow writer Greg Lockard with Liebestrasse, a 2020 Glaad Media Nominee for Outstanding Comic! Check it out:

About LIEBESTRASSE: During the final years of the Weimar Republic, Sam meets Philip in Berlin and they fall in love. Their romance is hit with an unspeakable reality as the Nazis come to power and fascism makes them a target. Debut writer Greg Lockard (Where We Live Las Vegas Shooting Benefit Anthology) in collaboration with artist Tim Fish (Saved by the Bell, Cavalcade of Boys) bring you the latest hit from ComiXology Originals.

Both Scott & Greg will be here signing copies of their respective books (and maybe each other’s?) from 1pm-5pm on Sunday August 28th! Come on out and support two amazing, local writers!
