Build a deck and bring your cards from the following tournament legal sets:
Aether Revolt / Kaladesh / Eldritch Moon / Shadows over Innistrad / Oath of the Gatewatch / Battle for Zendikar / Welcome Deck 2016 cards
Deck size: 60 card deck (minimum)
Sideboard: Up to 15 cards
4-CARD LIMIT: No more than four of any individual card in the main deck and sideboard combined (with the exception of basic lands).
Banned Cards: Emrakul, the Promised End / Reflector Mage / Smuggler's Copter
