East Side Mags is proud to be a participant in Women's Empowerment Week, right here in Montclair, NJ. We LOVE supporting our community and ALL communities so this was just a natural fit for us!
SAVE of Essex County, a program of Family Service League, needs the support of Montclair merchants to help continue their work as a rape care center. Please consider lending a hand during Women's Empowerment Week (July 25-31) to help the victims of sexual violence in Essex County.
Here's how you can help:
SAVE provides every sexual violence victim with a rape care package to help restore his/her dignity. Police take a victim's clothing and undergarments as part of the evidence collection process. SAVE is need of the following new/unused items for our rape care packages: Sweat Pants (L/XL), Sweat Shirts (L/XL), T-Shirts (L/XL),Women's Cotton Underwear (Size L/XL), Socks, Deodorant, Feminine Products, Tooth Brushes, Tooth Paste, Bottles of Water, and Granola Bars.
We are also collecting monetary donations if you want to drop one off with us.
WE are ALSO donating 5% of our total sales from Saturday, July 30th.
